Shipping All orders will be shipped via UPS unless otherwise specified. International orders will be shipped UPS World Expedite or U.S. Postal Service Global Priority unless otherwise specified.

Return or Damaged Goods If you receive an order and any item is damaged, save the package and notify the carrier at once. Then notify Billy Bob Golf and inform us of the circumstances. Any claim for damaged goods must include the invoice number and be made within 10 days of the receipt of the order. Any merchandise may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund, provided it is in the same condition as when it was shipped to you.

All return goods must obtain prior Return Authorization from Billy Bobs Golf. RA numbers must be clearly written on the outside of all packages. A copy of the original invoice must be included with all returns. There will be a 10% handling and restocking fee for all approved return goods. No handling and restocking fee will apply to defective return goods.

NOTICE: The address validation functionality will validate P.O. Box addresses, however, UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, attempts by customer to ship to a P.O. Box via UPS may result in additional charges.
